in the company of judgment and desire
In a lonely boat, Adalberto glides through the calm waters of the swamp, accompanied by a mysterious creature. The calm navigation is interrupted when a small animal decides to join him. Inexplicably persistent, this creature begins a journey that takes Adalberto to exciting adventures and profound personal growth, challenging him to face his destiny.

After three years of studying the most diverse types of animations, the time for the final paper came. As the final project in college, the animation we had to do had to show our growth and knowledge acquired during the last three years. After a lot of research and talking with psychiatrists, we developed a metaphoric story representing the aspects and challenges of the social anxiety disorder, also known as social phobia.

In this production, I worked especifically on making the scenarios, putting the animations together and the visual post-production of the film. The animations were made in ToonBoom Harmony, and the scenarios and composition in After Effects and Premiere, respectively.
