Being an astronaut can be very lonely sometimes, and that is why Astro decided to try contact with earth again. When someone answers, his whole life changes, and he can't wait to come home...

An 2D pencil test animation made by me and my group in college, Os Chicos.
This was my very first time animating shots for a short movie. I had only animated little exercises, and it was very fun to finally have contact with the whole production proccess for an animation.
​
The coolest part, but also very challenging, was learning to apply the 12 principles of animation and understanding the idea behind writing and script, storyboarding, animating and producing.
